Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

We engage in AMC with some of our clients to help them maximally utilize their equipment by carrying out proactive services. When we engage a customer in an AMC, we visit the customers’ equipment as often as agreed and thereby predict likelihood of failure and carry out proactive action. This gives you better service level at overall lower cost and allows you to obtain special discount on consumables.
